PRODUCTION PROCESS:

The part of the Cacao tree that is used to create Organic Cacao Nibs are the cacao beans inside the cacao fruit. To create thefinest quality Cacao Nibs our selected Cacao Beans are washed and disinfected. The skin of the Cacao beans is softened byusing a low-heating process. This helps to preserve the color and flavor of the product. Once softened, they are then de-huskedand ground to create Organic Cacao Nibs. Cacao contains a high content of antioxidants, an important source of magnesiumand sulphur and improves glucose levels and the metabolic rate. It contains phenylethylamine, which generates happiness.

INTENDED USE:

Cacao Nibs can be used to create fine chocolates, added to cereals, health bars, yoghurts, smoothies, health shakes and usedin baking.

SHELF LIFE:

The shelf life of the Cacao Nibs is 24 months given that the product is stored at room temperature,protected from direct sunlight and below a humidity of 70%.
