The Inca Inchi protein powder has a functionality that allows it to enrich a great variety of food. It can be added to smoothies,health shakes, flour compositions, pastas as well as to give texture and to stabilize emulsions. It is hydrated with facilityforming gels and emulsions that allows it to be resistible to a wide range of thermal treatments, even in presence of salt.
